We are looking for a Full Stack Developer (Growth) - a software engineer experienced in web development, comfortable with both front-end and server-side technologies, that can lead development for our Growth and Marketing teams.

About the Job

The Full Stack Developer (Growth) will take ownership of the development of growth experiments from design, build, QA to release. You will work closely with the Growth Manager and Demand Generation Manager to take our Growth and Marketing teams to the next level.

While our R&D team focuses on building new products or features, you will be responsible for the development of Growth and Marketing experiments directly related to revenue. This includes, but is not limited to, building landing pages, implementing detailed front-end/server-side tracking, launching product onboarding experiments, implementing A/B testing strategies across multiple applications, and writing scripts to pull data from different sources for enrichment. You can expect to do the following: 

  • Oversee end-to-end growth experiments design, build, QA, release
  • Develop micro-sites, landing pages, and conversion tools with our Growth Manager and Demand Generation Manager
  • Build a new homepage for Rewind.io
  • Implement A/B testing strategies across multiple applications to see if certain ideas on a page convert better than others, along with the tracking system to measure them
  • Create a demo sandbox that customers could use to test drive the product
  • Write scripts to pull data from different sources and stitch them together for analysis or enrichment

About You

  • We’re looking for candidates with 4+ years or experience. You should have been a developer/software engineer during this time or doing similar work
  • You should have experience:
    • Working with APIs, integrating third-party tools
    • Coming up with creative technical solutions to achieve high-level growth milestones
    • Working with and implementing a host of analytics and tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, HubSpot, Wordpress, Heap, etc) to measure conversion, attribution, etc.
    • Taking  Figma/Illustrator files and turning them into HTML + CSS
  • It would be awesome (but not essential) if: 
    • You are a self-starter that can independently scope and manage projects
    • You have had experience offering development consulting to marketing projects
    • You want to learn how to drive revenue, not just build shiny things
    • You geek out about SaaS, ecommerce, and startups to find inspiration and creatively borrow ideas
    • You can explain technical concepts (limitations, dependencies) to non-technical people
    • You would rather ship an initial version of something and learn, than wait until everything is perfect
  • As we are working remotely, communication skills are critical. We are looking for someone who is able to work with colleagues, take initiative to ask questions and who can be a self manager
  • You are excited to join a fast moving and rapidly growing company
